With roots as a legal specialist in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions, Alex has transformed into a dynamic leader dedicated to helping businesses solve challenges, unlock value, and foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

Over the years, Alex has worked with multinational organizations to design and implement financial strategies across some of the world’s most influential financial hubs, including London, Zurich, and Hong Kong.

Before stepping into corporate leadership, Alex built a thriving legal career at top national and international firms in New York and Boston. There, he advised venture capitalists, investment banks, private equity firms, and corporations on everything from mergers and acquisitions to IPOs and SEC filings.

Alex holds a B.A. from Boston College and earned his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, combining his sharp legal acumen with a passion for business innovation.
