Charles is the Executive Vice President of the company and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in logistics, transporting medical and pharmaceutical products and providing non-emergency human ambulatory transportation services. As the founder and CEO of CCRG, Mwangi has grown the organization into one of the largest vendors serving Massachusetts’ Human Services Transportation members in the Boston area.

Recognizing inefficiencies in medical transportation services, Mwangi led CCRG to pioneer software solutions that improved timeliness, reduced costs, enabled real-time mapping, and enhanced rider experiences. His leadership continues to drive innovation and operational excellence in the industry.
